How Do I Log Into Locast?

When using Locast via a web browser:

1. Please visit www.locast.org
2. Click Login near the upper right corner, to the right of the bell icon
3. Enter your email address and password
4. Click the orange LOGIN button

If prompted to save your login credentials, I recommend doing so. 

**Helpful Hint: If you land on helpcenter.locast.org you are on a different website from www.locast.org and you will not be able to login using your Locast credentials. It is not required to have a Help Center account in order to use it, but if you wish to login you will need to register for an account.

When using the Locast mobile app:

1. Open the Locast app.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Tap Done on your onscreen keyboard
4. Tap the orange LOGIN button.

Helpful Hint: Tapping the LOGIN button while your onscreen keyboard is still open will not log you in. You must first close your onscreen keyboard before the LOGIN button will react.

When using Locast on Dish Hopper:

1. Open the Locast app.
2. Enter your email address and password.
3. Navigate to and select LOGIN

When using Locast via AT&T(DTV only) or any of the TiVo, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, or Android TV platforms:


1. Leave the activation screen up on your TV
2. Go to www.locast.org 
3. Click Activate at the top of the page next to Live TV Guide. If you are not already logged in you will need to do so before you will be able to activate the app.
4. Enter activation code and click the orange SUBMIT button
5. Within a few seconds your TV will refresh to display your Live TV Guide

Helpful Hints: When activating Locast you must use a separate device that is connected to the same internet network, you must be logged into your existing account associated with your donation subscription(if applicable) and the code must be entered in all capital letters. If any of these conditions are not met, you will not be able to activate Locast. If you are activating via a mobile browser, please click the 3 horizontal lines to display the menu.
